Community Bulletin Board Listing Form

TBCN is happy to provide non-profit and community groups with opportunities to publicize events of interest to Hillsborough County residents. We will post your notices of non-commercial events on our overnight Community Bulletin Board, which airs on local cable television channels [Verizon 30 and 36; Comcast 20 and Bright House 949 and 950].

Please complete the information below and submit it via our website at www.tbcn.org or by fax or postal mail so that it is received by us a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. All announcements will air through the date of the event. Dated messages will air for up to 30 days prior to a scheduled event date. Generic messages with no scheduled event date will air no longer than 90 days.

To submit notices for airing on our channels, your message is subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below. By submitting your message to TBCN, you agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, all cable operators that transmit my message, Speak Up Tampa Bay Public Access Television, Inc. (d.b.a. Tampa Bay Community Network (“TBCN”)) and its officers, directors, employees and other agents from liability, damages, and/or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of cablecasting of my message, as well as any other aspect of my relationship with TBCN. I agree that I will not file suit against Speak Tampa Bay, TBCN and/or its officers, directors, employees and other agents, until I have submitted the claim, dispute or complaint for resolution pursuant to the Complaint/Grievance Procedures and Appeal processes set forth in TBCN Policy &Procedures and such procedures and processes have been finally and completely concluded. Following conclusions of such TBCN P&P procedures or proceedings, in any further dispute, mediation, arbitration, litigation and/or appeal, including without limitation interpretation or enforcement of this agreement and any claim of intentional tort, breach of duty or contract or violation of my rights by TBCN, that arises from any aspect of my relationship with TBCN, the prevailing party or parties shall recover its/their costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, from the other party or parties. *Must provide answer for this field..
